  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €60 within Austria. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping to other countries. For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping rates apply.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Austria. Please allow additional time for international deliveries. Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via GLS for reliable and efficient delivery with tracking option here.

  • Pickup Option: For our customers in Graz, Austria, we offer free pickup at our store. Adress: Wieladgasse 11, 8010 Graz, Austria

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's what you need to know about our return and exchange policy:

21-Day Return or Exchange Period: You have 21 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your purchase.

Please note that it can take up to two weeks from the time we receive your returned item to process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
